FAQ's
Q. When do the courses start and end?
A. Delegates need to arrive at 8:45am depending on the course - you will be advised of the exact time in your joining instructions. Courses start at 9:00am but this is dependent on the course you are on. There is a 45 minute lunch break scheduled between 12:00 noon and 12:30pm. Tea and coffee are served throughout the day. Courses finish by 2:00pm.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. There is no dress code for our courses. The courses are meant to be enjoyable and relaxing as well as giving you the best training. Most people who attend our courses feel most comfortable in casual clothing.
Q. How many people are there on a course?
A. We limit delegate numbers to ensure each delegate receives the best training possible, but it does vary per course. The group size ranges from 4 to 8. If you would like to know how many people are attending your particular course, just ask.
Q. Where will my course take place?
A. Our courses are mainly run in Bridgend & Cardiff. Full details and directions for your venue will be supplied when you book. If you have any questions or need more detail just call us on 01656 737349.
Q. Can we change the delegate details after the booking form has been sent?
A. Yes, unlike other training companies we do not charge you for changing someone's details. Just let us know as soon as you can.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We are flexible about methods of payment. We are happy to invoice you and we accept payment via BACS, cheque and we can process card payments online. Please note that if we have not received cleared funds by the start date we reserve the right to refuse admission, and that booking a course with us means you accept our terms & conditions.
Q. How do I book an inhouse course?
A. Simply fill in our contact form. We need to know where the course will be held, how many people and when or if there is anything you would like added to the course. We will then generate a quote for you. You can call directly on 01656 737349.
Q. Do I need to bring a laptop?
A. No, we have computers on site.
